Our story
Steepwell started at a market stall in Portland with three teas and a hand-crank scale. We still blend the way we did then — in small batches, tasting every lot, sealing it the week it's made so the aromatics never fade on a warehouse shelf.

How it works
We buy single-garden and single-estate leaf direct, tasting each lot before it earns a place in the range.
Everything is cut, blended and rested by hand in our Portland workshop — never in bulk, never rushed.
Each tin is filled and sealed the week it's blended and stamped with a pack date, so it's lively when it lands.
